FAQ



While we were under development of distribution network, we conducted a survey and found that none company in India is doing justification with their distributors. You will ask how okay then let me explain. Means distributor is not sole or single entity in particular area. Both, company and distributor do not have control in territory and outsider distributors of same company are ofently selling in existing distributor territories, which resulted in intra competition with in the company distributors and finally leaving distributors highly dissatisfied with no margin left. Sometimes they are bound to sell on loss.

Millennium house is working with a clear and long term vision which is to create India's largest & deepest rooted network of distributors in segments of Electrical, Heating ventilation Air conditioning ( HVAC ), Refrigeration, Indian railways ( IR ) and Military Engineering Service ( MES ) and then appointing dealers which will further make it convenient to reach to every single Electrical Chief engineer, manufacturer, industry, contactor, after sales service providers, electrician and AC mechanic.

So firstly our marketing team suggested and decided to appoint exclusive distributors with a clear defined territory or area, in which our one distributor should not be allowed to sell in another region.

Second, we ensured to give minimum 10% and maximum upto 18% margin to Distributors through different promotional programmes.

So due to above two advantages, our distributors find themselves secured, earn handsome margin and sell the products like it's their own company.

  • Let me explain in very simple words - Company's growth is hidden behind Distributor's growth. So we are very much focused on to give all required supports to our distributors. In our marketing team, we have sales managers and executives, who are responsible for distributor's growth and they pay visit in regular intervals to the distributors. They also visit dealers, industries, government offices in the Distributor's area along with distributors.

    Our dedicated backend marketing team ensures immediate support by providing updated information to Distributors related to their orders, Billings, dispatch, complaints, suggestions etc

    We also have a department named Outbound marketing, which creates opportunities by doing bulk emailing, whatsapp messaging in distributor areas to all existing and potential clients.

    Product and company Awareness programmes for Electricians, AC mechanics and after sales service providers are conducted on regular basis at dealer point. Small gifts like Bags, T shirts etc are distributed. Later which helps in building relationships and increase sales at dealers point.

    Company also provides POP material such catalogue, posters etc.

    Our company regularly publish advertisements in trade related magazines and journals.

    We have very simple procedure to appoint a distributor. A written and registered agreement is made between company and distributors with all terms conditions amicably settled between both parties. In this agreement following are clearly mentioned

  • Pricing
  • Minimum order value
  • Delivery period
  • Margins
  • Promotional schemes
  • Discounts
  • Generally We have stocks available, but in case of non availability, delivery period remains around 4-7 days. Along with this We have very attractive and beneficial programs for distributors such as advance order program, Consistent growth program, Cash discounts , Turnover achievement program.

    In case of bulk and high value ordered supplies, material is delivered on direct company to client godown basis on frieght paid basis. In case of small supplies alternative arrangements are made through transport or porters on to pay basis.
